The 17th annual Auto Club 400 will be run on Sunday in Fontana, Calif. Denny Hamlin is the pole-sitter, with a speed of 187.451 mph in his qualifying run.
Hamlin will be looking to grab his first win of the season and possibly gain some ground on points leader Brad Keselowski.
The starting lineup for Sunday's race has all the big names in action, including 2012 Auto Club 400 winner Tony Stewart. Here's how you can tune in to see the action from Auto Club Speedway.
Last year, Stewart won the race after starting ninth on the grid. He's sitting pretty close to that spot at eighth this year.
If Stewart were to repeat, it wouldn't be the first time the race has seen back-to-back winners. Matt Kenseth won in 2006 and 2007, and he also won the race in 2009. He and Jeff Gordon are the only three-time winners of the event. Will we see either man claim his fourth title in Fontana?
At the Food City 500, Denny Hamlin wrecked Joey Logano on Lap 349. That led to a confrontation between crews and some bad blood between the drivers.
The two were once teammates with Joe Gibbs Racing, but you couldn't tell by looking at the climate of their relationship now.
Hamlin told Sporting News that "there's nothing to it from here on out," but Logano was nearly as dismissive. He said, "I haven't gotten a phone call. He can tell you whatever he wants. … Until anyone says anything to me personally, no (it's not over)."
When, and if, these two are in close quarters on Sunday, we'll see if Logano seizes the opportunity to reciprocate Hamlin's hard-edged driving style.
