While deal talks between Stu Holden and Bolton Wanderers continue to be ongoing, the American midfielder continues working on a go back to full fitness and full form. Stu has been on loan with Sheffield Wednesday for only during the last week and has played in two of three possible matches. The Owls are unbeaten in their last three matches and have acquired both of the games that Stu Holden has started in. The very first time around, they beat Barnsley 2-1 at home and this time, it had been a 3-2 win against Blackburn Rovers. Holden went 62 minutes against Barnsley and 59 against Blackburn along with his performance pressing Bolton's rivals to the bottom three. Against Rovers, Stu was on place work and place in a number of teasing balls in to the box. Regrettably, he could not affect actions directly. Holden did find a way to simply take pictures and play the ball in but it was to no avail. Still, that did not stop Stu from running box-to-box as he tends to do and he did have the ability to place in numerous challenges, in addition to take some himself. Overall, Holden still seems like he's lacking a reasonable little match exercise, which can be needless to say understandable given the amount of time he was out. If Stu was absolutely fit, he'd be fighting for a starting invest a Bolton Wanderers clothing instead of being sent out on loan to Sheffield Wednesday. Owls director Dave Jones acknowledged Holden's project prior to the Blackburn match: "Stuart grew into the game; it took him somewhat longer but the ball was bouncing all around the place. "He is been out a lengthy time; he's that American attitude: he enjoys sport and wants to be successful." Wednesday go Millwall tomorrow before experiencing an away fitting at Leeds United on Saturday. Whether Stu can play again therefore immediately after his last match remains to be seen.
