Concord Hills Course Evaluation

(catching through to course opinions, using my photos) and notes Concord HillsConcord, MI Grade: B+Teachersa Comments: picturesque and Friendly. Concord Hills is one of my personal favorite lessons to play in the fall. As hilly as the title indicates, it offers great views, and plenty of wooded landscape. It's also quite helpful for the bogey player. If you can keep carefully the ball in the fairway, you can score well. The course is a William Newcomb design dating to 1975. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,422 from the trunk tees. The class score is 71.5 and has a pitch of 125. The very first few holes of every of Concord Hillsa nines are fairly flat, and relatively simple. As the class wanders further from the clubhouse, but, the namesake mountains enter into play. Changes in top end up being the main problem, and people need certainly to make their team choices watchfully. Concord Hills is walkable therefore everytime I played) (I've done, but with the mountains it could be complicated. On the many functions Iave visited, program conditions have now been sufficient. The fairways were developed in, if not always entirely lawn. The tee boxes and greens were usually in good shape. A few of the more shady parts had problems, but this really is expected on forested Michigan programs. With directly located trees, plenty of areas donat get the sun they should end up being the green carpets that players love. However, for the price, the problems tend to be more than sufficient. Company at the course is pleasant and pleasant. I always feel as if Iam part of the membership, annually or so While I go there only one time. The pro shop is modest, but thereas a snack area with the full bar menu. Iave had lunch there several times and wasnat unhappy. In all, this course is recommended by me if youare trying to find a spot to perform in the Jackson, MI area. Itas just ten minutes approximately off I94, and about ten minutes west of Jackson.
