Iker Casillas is viewed as the one obstacle which could force Jose Mourinho to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season.
Punto Pelota says Mourinho now feels comfortable with squad leader Sergio Ramos and with the fans, but the same cannot be said about his relationship with Casillas.
The pair simply do not see eye-to-eye and the players have sensed a more relaxed atmosphere when Casillas hasn't been involved.
But along with the Casillas factor, his wife is concerned about life in Madrid, particularly the treatment of her husband by the local media.
