Report: Gambling Warning Former Eagles DT Cullen Jenkins

Free agency has been officially kicked off by the Giants with a hammer. Not as sometime ago, the Giants earned Cullen Jenkins for a meeting with the group. Jenkins left without an offer and met with other groups looking for a fresh house. On Sunday, Jenkins found a new home with Big Blue, as a three-year deal was landed by Jenkins, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Jenkins was closed to a deal with the Eagles in 2011, but was released at the conclusion ofFebruary after two periods with the group. According to Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN New York, Jenkins deal will probably be worth $8 million, with $3 million guaranteed. By adding Jenkins, the Giants have added a good veteran to the middle of their pass speed for 2013. With the launch of Chris Canty and Rocky Bernard possibly not finding its way back as a free of charge agent, the group needed seriously to upgrade the position. Plus, the 32-year-old will need lots of pressure off Justin Tuck, Jason Pierre-Paul and Mathias Kiwanuka on the point by putting pressure from the heart and allow them to make use of their skills on the outside. As a tackle, Jenkins not merely can stuff the work, but he can reach the quarterback as well, finding 9.5 carriers with the Eagles in two months. Because Jenkins was produced by the Eagles, he was permitted to sign with the group of his choice before the free agency period's start on Tuesday. This can be a great first shift for the Giants on the eve of free agency. (UPDATE, 7:47 p.m. BY Doug Rush) According to Ralph Vacchiano of the Brand New York Daily News, Jenkins deal with the Giants will become standard on Monday. And as Vacchiano said in his Tweet, a $2 million signing bonus will be got by Jenkins as well from the Giants.
