Chelsea may see another promising young player get and come from Stamford Bridge in the flash of an eye, with Borussia Dortmund having allegedly tabled a bid for midfielder Kevin De Bruyne. The Belgian international joined the Blues in January 2012 for almost A7m but spent the rest of last season on-loan at Genk a from whom he joined Chelsea a' before accepting that loan handle Bundesliga area Werder Bremen for the existing strategy. This term have been impressed greatly by the 21-year-old, several clubs are believed to be keen on his signature and with eight and six goals assists for Bremen. But it looks like Dortmund are leading the pursuit, with stories in Germany indicating the Champions League semi-finalists have stolen a march on their opponents by tabling a bid for the youngster. Chelsea remain uncertain if they wish to promote such a promising possibility, but with Juan Mata, Eden Hazard, Oscar and Victor Moses all before De Bruyne in the Stamford Bridge pecking order, itas hard to see where he'd match the situation.
