AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) a The 14-year-old Chinese golfer has been evaluated a penalty for slow play at the Masters, hurting his odds of making the cut. Guan Tianlang may be the youngest participant ever at Augusta National. He was considered the penalty at the 17th hole all through Friday's 2nd round, turning a level into a bogey. He finished at 3-over 75 for the round, giving him a 4-over 148 total. The top 50 people make the Augusta cut, in addition to those within 10 shots of the lead. Marc Leishman was at 6 under a' 10 shots before Guan. The last person to be penalized for slow play at an important was Steve Lowery at the 2004 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits.
